The aspiration of our development is to create a very special, unique and desirable high quality office accommodation which will frame the steeple, an established landmark of the City’s skyline as a permanent monument to its historical past. The term iconic is thrown around by many developers but we believe what we hope to create will live up to that identity.  

Our architects have gone into great detail to ensure that the design approach and choice of materials fits with the surrounding character. The massing of the building is broken down into three distinct blocks, each designed to respect the neighbouring properties.
