Malcolm Deans

Managing Director

Malcolm joined the company in July 2007. He has a wide range of experience in commercial property over 25 years as a partner in a large surveying practice, Group Property Director of a large PLC and most recently as a Director of Miller Developments, the commercial development arm of Miller Group.

Stuart Fyvie

Project Manager

Stuart joined us in January 2008 from private practice, specialising in client-side construction project management.

Over the last 11 years Stuart has worked in main contracting, project management consultancy and for a brief period, the public sector. The majority of the time has been spent with the UK's most prominent construction and property consultancy gaining experience in various sectors; office, retail, call centre, distribution, further and higher education, delivering complex projects up to £60m.

Stewart Forsyth

Development Manager

Stewart joined in February 2008 as a development manager with the remit to manage the existing projects in Aberdeen, Portlethen and Wigan whilst also bringing in new investment and development projects.

Stewart has been working in the property industry for over 10 years. In the early years he worked as a retail agent focusing on the east coast of Scotland. From there he moved to a larger practice where he headed up the agency department in Edinburgh, dealing with all sectors of the property market. For the past two years he has been working for a property company focusing on generating profit from both investment and development opportunities.
