This landmark development will offer 72,000 sq ft of the highest quality Grade A office accommodation right in the heart of Aberdeen City. Designed by local architect Archibald Simpson in 1843, the Triple Kirks were unique in Scotland in being 3 separate yet adjoining churches sharing a common steeple. Unfortunately the buildings have deteriorated through the ages and the above images of Triple Kirks have been a familiar site to locals since the 1970s when much of the original church buildings were demolished. Stewart Milne Developments acquired the site in 2008 with a view to creating a landmark building worthy of occupying Aberdeen’s most renowned gap site. Working alongside the project architects, Halliday Fraser Munro, we have created a contemporary design which offers quality office accommodation and has retained the historical spire for future generations to enjoy. We can confirm that we lodged a planning application with Aberdeen City Council in March 2011. Click here for map |
